Every piece passes through our workshop and is personally inspected by Sebastian Heymann. Age, origin and materials are documented. For antiques where dating is not fully certain, we state this explicitly.

How does shipping work - including international?

We ship throughout Europe and worldwide. Small pieces go as an insured parcel, larger furniture by specialist freight with white-glove delivery into your home. Every shipment is insured, and we handle customs and documents for non-EU destinations.

Can I view the pieces in person?

Absolutely - our showrooms in Darmstadt, Germany are open by appointment. Call us or send a message and we will accommodate your schedule.

Which payment methods are accepted?

Bank transfer (with discount on collection), PayPal, credit card and - for larger purchases - deposit with the balance due on delivery. All transactions are SSL encrypted; we never share your data for marketing purposes.

What about returns?

14-day right of withdrawal for online orders, starting from receipt of the item.
